URGENT Position To Fill: Electricians

Hello! We are keen to look for electricians with the following traits:
- able to work in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
- studies background in electronics/electronic engineering
- physically demanding
- preferably minimum 3 years of similar work experience
Our job descriptions are as below:
- maintain and inspect current buildings (both interior and exterior) and facilities for needed repairs and services
- execute minor electrical repairs and manual works
- construct facades, furniture and other building items
- construction of shop interiors, by laying building foundations before fixing modular
- manual construction tasks including floor cementing, wall plastering, framing of doors and windows, putting up siding and drywall
- finishing construction of building and ceiling (flooring, roofing, porches, grounds and scaffolding)
- perform carpentry and other services such as building speciality furniture and other items
- able to operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment
- assist with delivery of other related municipal services
- doing repair works for tables, chairs, fixing frames and fabricating of items
- performing administrative duties such as preparing of preventative maintenance schedule, supervising temporary staff and keeping daily log of tasks
- perform other related duties as assigned
